It telling us that something is still evolving, and on completion will reveal the message to us. This card has the number 18 on it. 1 plus 8 = 9. The 9 in numerology is one of the creative numbers, usually of a writing of spiritual matters to share with others. Its also about old wisdom, and going within ourselves to open up to the cycle as suggested by the moon card for our greater good.
